4. Reservations and Bookings

4.1 Booking Process

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Pipestone Lodge. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.

4.2 Deposits and Payments

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount and payment terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Full payment is typically required prior to your arrival date.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. Please contact us for specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation.

4.4 Changes to Reservations

Changes to existing reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that pricing information is accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Pipestone Lodge and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

If you submit any content to the Site (including reviews, comments, or photos), you grant Pipestone Lodge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that such content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PIPESTONE LODGE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIPESTONE LODGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PIPESTONE LODGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pipestone Lodge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

12. Assumption of Risk

Fishing and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By participating in activities at Pipestone Lodge, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with such activities, including but not limited to risks of injury, property damage, or death. You agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Pipestone Lodge staff.

13. Weather and Natural Conditions

Pipestone Lodge is not responsible for weather conditions, natural phenomena, or wildlife behavior that may affect your stay or fishing experience. No refunds will be provided for conditions beyond our control.

14. Equipment and Property

Guests are responsible for any damage to lodge property, boats, equipment, or facilities caused by their negligence or misuse. You may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

15. Fishing Regulations

All guests must comply with Ontario fishing regulations and licensing requirements. Pipestone Lodge is not responsible for guests' failure to obtain proper licenses or comply with fishing regulations.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pipestone Lodge regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
