DEPOSIT: $200 per person, non-refundable but transferable to another date in the calendar year. Balance to be paid in check or cash (US Funds Only) unless previous arrangements have been made.

DEPOSIT FORFEIT: parties that arrive with less than confirmed numbers forfeit the deposit of absent members.

LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY DEPARTURE: pay full time reserved cabin & equipment.

DAMAGED EQUIPMENT: due to the high cost of repair & replacement, guests are responsible for physical damage to all equipment.
